Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These terms govern the use of the defox.pl website and the purchase of digital products (modules and plugins) offered by deFox.

2. Definitions

• Seller - deFox
• Customer - individual, legal entity, or organizational unit making a purchase
• Product - module or plugin offered in the store
• Subscription - annual period of access to updates and support

3. Purchase and Payments

Purchasing a product means acquiring an annual license for use along with access to updates and technical support for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Payments are processed through PayU (for PLN payments) or Stripe (for card and EUR payments).

4. License

The purchased product may be used on one production installation and an unlimited number of test/development installations.

The license is non-transferable and may not be resold.

5. Subscription Renewal

After the subscription expires, the product continues to work, but the Customer loses access to new versions and technical support.

The Customer may renew the subscription at any time.

6. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of products, refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase, provided that the product has not been downloaded or a significant defect preventing its use has been reported.

7. Technical Support

Technical support includes assistance with product installation and configuration as well as resolving technical issues related to the product.

Support does not include product modifications per Customer request or integration with third-party systems.

8. Liability

The Seller makes every effort to ensure that products work correctly, but is not responsible for losses resulting from the use of products.

9. Changes to Terms

The Seller reserves the right to change the terms. Customers will be notified of changes by email.
