Rental Agreements — Online Rental Contracts

Defox Rental Agreements is a WordPress plugin that automates the process of creating short-term rental contracts for apartments, vacation homes, and accommodation properties. The plugin guides guests through a 5-step online flow: welcome with language selection, personal data form, contract preview, electronic signature on an HTML5 canvas, and confirmation with PDF download. The plugin operates in two modes. Standalone mode allows manual management of apartments, reservations, and agreements without additional plugins. Integration mode automatically creates agreements from bookings in supported systems — MotoPress Hotel Booking and BookingPress Appointment Booking Pro. The Provider Pattern architecture enables adding new integrations as separate WordPress add-ons.
